Workout

Today I ran to the gym and home. There is a bit of a hill on my way to the gym so I struggled a little bit up the hill. At the gym, I did a leg workout that consisted of:

  • Barbell squats: 4 sets of 12
  • Barbell lunges: 4 sets of 12 each leg
  • Leg press: 4 sets of 12
  • Kettlebell swings: 4 sets of 20
  • Barbell hip thrusts: 4 sets of 15
  • Jump squats 4 sets of 20 superset with jump lunges: 4 sets of 20

I then ran home which was proven to be very difficult after doing a leg day! I felt very tired when I got home, however I was happy I got it done and felt really good afterwards!
