I joined a hot yoga studio. I did not realize how difficult it was going to be when I joined! I did not think the room was going to be as hot as it was. I played hockey my whole life, and the stride in skating was really hard on my hips, making me not so flexible. A lot of the poses we did were very difficult for me because of my tightness.
I am excited to continue doing hot yoga and getting more and more flexible. I think that stretching will help me a lot with my running and fitness goals. I hope to get used to the heat and use it to my advantage when doing the poses.
