Gym day

Today I went to the gym. At the beginning of the year, my goal was to improve my overall fitness and health. Through this journey I have noticed my habits are changing. Everyday I wake up and I think about how I am going to make time in my day to be active and healthy. I have definitely achieved my goal in living a healthier lifestyle. I am more conscious about what I am eating and how it will affect my body.

Today at the gym, I did a leg day. I was really excited because I challenged myself by increasing the weights. I increased the weights in my squat, deadlift, cable kickback and lunge. This is huge for me because at the beginning the weights I was doing were extremely challenging. I am really proud of myself for challenging myself and sticking to my journey.

I am excited to get back into the gym in a couple days and continue to push myself and see how far I can get before the end of the year!
